Awkward!
Katy Perry and Russell Brand both attended the L.A. Lakers season opener on Tuesday night, in what may very well be the first time the exes have been in the same place since they split in December 2011.

The pair, however, sat on opposite sides of the arena and did not interact.
Perry looked happy and casual as she cheered for the Lakers with her father, Keith Hudson, while Brand sat between two young boys.
