Justin Bieber took some time out of his busy touring schedule to visit a sick fan in Canada on Monday.
The “Believe” singer met with 18-year-old Crystal Montgomery, who’s suffering from bone cancer, at a hospital in Edmonton.
Bieber was made aware of Montgomery’s wish to meet him through his fans on Twitter.

He tweeted on Monday, “My beliebers made this one happen. thank you.”
Ahead of his visit to the hospital, The Biebs wrote, “now off to do something that matters. #giveback.”
He later shared a photo of him and Montgomery with the hashtag “#bieberforcrystal.”
