Jimmy Kimmel’s highly anticipated week of shows in his native Brooklyn will start on Tuesday — after being pushed back due to Hurricane Sandy.

The storm prompted the cancellation of Monday’s broadcast, but Kimmel has announced plans to move ahead now with the tapings.

“Unless something weird happens, tonight’s show in #Brooklyn is ON like fleece on Gov Christie,” tweeted the host early Tuesday.

Howard Stern will be Tuesday’s lead guest, along with Tracy Morgan and music from Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings.

Previously scheduled guests for the remainder of the much-hyped week include Kimmel’s idol David Letterman, Chris Rock, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert.
