Jennifer Aniston has finally broken her silence on her engagement to Justin Theroux.
The writer-actor proposed to Aniston on Aug. 10, his 41st birthday, but she has kept mum on the engagement until now. The actress, 43, sat down with Chelsea Handler, a friend of hers, for an interview set to air Monday night on E! Entertainment's Chelsea Lately.

During the interview, Aniston got teary while discussing Theroux's proposal.
"I just got verklempt," Aniston said while wiping tears from her eyes, according to E! News.
"He's the greatest guy ever," Handler told her. "You guys make the greatest couple ever."
Aniston nodded while giving Handler a big smile.
In August, Theroux's rep announced the news of the proposal with a statement to People: "Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage."

She recently flashed her engagement ring for the first time while with Theroux in Santa Fe, N.M. Forevermark Diamond expert Adelaide Polk-Bauman told The Hollywood Reporter that Aniston's diamond looked to be approximately 12 to 14 carats and estimated the ring's value at more than $1 million, but there's no word yet on who designed it.
Aniston was previously wed to Brad Pitt; their five-year marriage ended in 2005.
Before dating Aniston, Theroux was in a longtime relationship with costume designer Heidi Bivens.
The couple met on the set of Wanderlust.

Aniston's upcoming films include the comedy We're the Millers with Ed Helms and Jason Sudeikis. It's scheduled to hit theaters next year.
Theroux, whose writing credits include Iron Man 2 and Tropic Thunder, has written a script for a Zoolander sequel with Ben Stiller and is attached to direct.
