It doesn’t get much scarier than the McPoyle clan when it comes to the world of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. So it’s fitting that the FX series’ Halloween episode will feature the McPoyles in full force.
In “Maureen Ponderosa's Wedding Massacre,” the gang attends the wedding of Dennis' (Glenn Howerton) ex-wife. Judging by the trailer, Liam McPoyle (Jimmi Simpson) is involved somehow, possibly as the groom.

Charlie Day (Charlie) told The Hollywood Reporter earlier this month that the episode was one of his favorites of season eight.
“It’s a Friday the 13th kind of event. It’s a little more stylistic,” Day said. “It’s very funny — and at moments shocking and scary, and I think one of the best episodes we’ve done.”
It's Always Sunny airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. on FX.
