Fox is banking on Raising Hope.
The half-hour comedy centered on a young father to a baby girl has been given two more episodes for season three, upping the total to 24, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. Raising Hope has aired 22 episodes for the past two seasons.
"Bad news for people who don't like Raising Hope. Fox just ordered 2 more episodes! Meaning: 24 madcap Chance adventures airing this year," wrote series star Lucas Neff on Twitter.
Raising Hope joins rookie comedies The Mindy Project and Ben and Kate in getting additional episodes ordered.
