Bobbi Kristina Brown defended her romantic relationship with adopted brother Nick Gordon on the Wednesday’s premiere of “The Houstons: On Our Own.”

In the episode, Brown reveals that she and Gordon were friends in school before her mom Whitney Houston adopted him at age 12.

Brown says, “We were best friends… a long time ago, and now, I’m in love with him.”
She adds, “It was never anything… People were saying ‘it’s incest’… none of that. You guys can take my word for it.”
Gordon tells the camera, “I was never adopted. I’m not her blood brother.”
In a later scene, he tells the family, “Everyone gets it wrong, I was never officially… it’s not incest.”
