“Saturday Night Live” has added three new featured players to its cast ahead of the show’s 38th season.
Aidy Bryant and Tim Robinson (pictured) will join the long-running late-night series, along with Cecily Strong, NBC announced on Monday.
All three additions have ties to Chicago’s famed Second City comedy group.

Their arrival comes as “SNL” begins a new era without departed cast members Andy Samberg, Kristen Wiig and Abby Elliott.
Meanwhile, Jason Sudeikis’ long-term future with the show is still in question.
