“Keeping Up with the Kardashians” has never shied away from getting up close and personal with its subjects, and this week was no different.
On Sunday’s episode, the cameras followed Kris Jenner into the hospital as she underwent plastic surgery — specifically, a new boob job.
At her surgeon’s office, Kris sorted through porn magazines to get inspiration for the perfect pair of breasts.
“The times are changing, and my boobs have to keep up,” she said.
So the Kardashian matriarch went under the knife to have her old implants removed, and new ones put in.
Continuing with the medical theme, Khloe met with a fertility specialist to find out why she and husband Lamar Odom haven’t been able to get pregnant.

The reality star broke down upon finding out that she’s not ovulating regularly and producing eggs.
“I just want to make sure that my body is okay, that I’m fine, and this doesn’t sound good,” Khloe said.
The episode also focused on Kourtney’s impending delivery — and whether she and Scott Disick will have more kids.
While visiting Kris in the hospital, Scott admitted he was “nervous” to soon have a daughter, “because I don’t know how different it is to have a girl versus having a boy.”
“At least now, if we don’t have any more, we have the combo,” he added. “What more can you ask for?”
With Kourtney, however, set on expanding their brood even more, Scott secretly considered having a vasectomy to ensure that wouldn’t happen.

Rob, however, spilled the beans, and Kourtney called her boyfriend out for attempting to make a “permanent decision” without consulting her.
Kim, meanwhile, was thinking about her own future, after watching sisters Kourtney and Khloe deal with their own child-bearing issues.
At the fertility clinic with Khloe, the 31-year-old contemplated freezing her eggs, worrying that she might be too old to get pregnant naturally by the time she’s ready.
“It’s better to be safe than sorry,” said Kim.
Next week, on the “KUWTK” season finale, Khloe breaks the fertility news to Lamar, while Kourtney goes in to labor.
