Amanda Bynes pleaded not guilty to two counts of hit-and-run offenses on Thursday.

The actress was formally charged with the crimes earlier this month, with prosecutors filing the misdemeanor charges following separate incidents in April and August.

If she’s convicted on both counts, Bynes faces up to a year behind bars.

Bynes, who was not in court for the plea, is due to make an appearance on October 19.

Last week, the troubled star was charged with two counts of driving on a suspended license after being pulled over and getting her car impounded the prior weekend.

Bynes was also arrested for DUI last April.
