Justin Bieber is getting animated — on “The Simpsons.”
On Tuesday, the singer revealed on Twitter that he recorded a voice-over for an upcoming episode of the iconic FOX series, although he later deleted the tweet.
But executive producer Al Jean has confirmed that Bieber will indeed be appearing as a cartoon version of himself.
“He tries to get into a talent show that Bart is playing piano in and they won’t admit him,” Jean tells Entertainment Weekly.
The episode featuring Bieber’s cameo is called “The Fabulous Faker Boy” and will air next year.
