Robert Pattinson was allegedly “spotted partying with friends” at a London club on Saturday, according to an “exclusive” from HollywoodLife.
The webloid, which has been consistently wrong in its “reporting” about Pattinson in the wake of news about Kristen Stewart’s indiscretion with Rupert Sanders, now claims the actor enjoyed a night out with pals at 93 Feet East.
A “source” using suspiciously unnatural language tells HollywoodLife, “Rob spent some quality time with his good friends on Saturday night at a popular music venue in East London called 93 Feet East on Brick Lane.”
“He looked pretty happy considering everything that has happened,” continues the HollywoodLife source. “He was with close friends and enjoyed the music. A lot of pretty girls kept coming up to him so I am sure that made him feel better.”
The site also refers to a makeup artist’s alleged sighting of Pattinson in the area, citing her tweets about the “perfectly cheery” Breaking Dawn star “being left alone to enjoy a wander” down the street.
But while we certainly hope Pattinson is in good spirits wherever he is, there’s no evidence he’s actually in London — let alone any reason to believe he was at 93 Feet East on Saturday.
A source connected to the club tells Gossip Cop that “no one” there can confirm Pattinson was at the venue over the weekend.
Meanwhile, at a time when he’s sure to be staked out even more than usual, there have been no pictures whatsoever of Pattinson at an airport (on either side of the Atlantic) or in London.
Instead, all we have is HollywoodLife reporting an alleged club sighting — three days after it supposedly happened.
We’re a bit surprised the webloid didn’t “spot” Katy Perry at the club with Pattinson just to juice its own silly rumors.
