Katherine Jackson’s guardianship of Michael’s children has been suspended, and their cousin T.J. Jackson has been appointed the kids’ temporary guardian.
An L.A. probate court judge said that Katherine had been prevented from her duties as Paris, Prince and Blanket‘s caretaker by a third party (presumably Jermaine, Randy and Janet Jackson).
Therefore, the judge decided to grant T.J. (the 34-year-old son of Michael’s brother Tito Jackson) temporary guardianship of the children.
The lawyer for Paris, Prince and Blanket said the kids were in favor of having T.J. as their temporary guardian.
As Gossip Cop previously reported, Katherine has been away from home for more than a week amid family chaos and an alleged plot by her children to take control of the estate.
On Tuesday, it was alleged that Janet and Paris had slapped each other during a heated altercation at the children’s home.
Katherine is said to be returning home today.
