A family leaves a huge tip at a Lexington restaurant to honor and commemorate the dying wish of their recently-passed brother and son.
When he knew his time was almost up, Aaron Collins made it clear that he wanted a few things taken care of after he was gone, like his parents. But he also wanted to bring joy to strangers through random acts of kindness, like by having his family do the following, per his will: "leave an awesome tip (and I don’t mean 25%. I mean $500 on a f***ing pizza) for a waiter or waitress.”
After his family raised the $500 for the tip, they went to a restaurant and did the deed. Since it went so well, they plan to continue raising money and keep doing this awesome work, according to Aaron's Last Wish.
