Tina Turner is the subject of death rumors making the rounds on Facebook and Twitter.
The legendary performer appears to be the victim of a hoax that started with a so-called “anticipated obituary” on a site called Necropedia, which claims Turner “died” on June 9, 2012.
There was also, supposedly, a mysterious “radio report” about Turner’s alleged death.
It is 100% false.
Turner is alive and well.
Her rep assures Gossip Cop she’s “very much alive,” and that he just spoke with her.
We hope these vile hoaxes “die” out.
