Ernestine Shepherd didn't start regularly exercising and eating well until she was 56, when she went to a picnic with her sister and was embarrassed about the way she looked in a bathing suit. Now, at 75, "Miss Ernie" holds the Guinness World Record for being the oldest female competitive bodybuilder. She runs 10 miles every morning and leads workouts at her church. "This is my ministry, to motivate others," she says in an interview with BBC.
