Denise Richards and Richie Sambora have broken up, a source close to the actress confirms to Gossip Cop.
The couple, who rekindled in November after having split up a few years ago, ended their relationship last week in Nashville, following a blow-up argument shortly before the CMT Awards.

Sambora, slated to be a presenter at the show, ended up bailing on the ceremony and returning to L.A., leaving Richards to walk the red carpet by herself, reports Celebuzz, which first revealed the breakup news.
