Timothy Busfield, best known for his roles in “The West Wing” and “thirtysomething,” is now the subject of sexual battery allegations.
The actor has reportedly been accused of groping a woman he went to the movies with in L.A. on Wednesday.
Initially, Busfield and his date were consensually kissing, but the woman alleges the star then began to touch her breasts and genital region against her will.
The woman cut short the movie date, and filed a police report the next day, according to TMZ.
No arrest has been made, but the police would like to talk to Busfield, who is still being investigated.
