Rutgers Student Weeps After Being Sentenced To 30 Days For Bias Crime

Dharun Ravi will serve 30 days in prison for spying on Tyler Clementi while he kissed a man, broadcasting it online with a webcam, driving Clementi to kill himself. Ravi was facing up to 10 years for committing a hate crime, but was convicted of the much less severe charges of bias intimidation and invasion of privacy.
