Motorcycle Lost In Japanese Tsunami Found In Canada, Will Be Restored And Returned To Its Owner In Japan

Who doesn't love a good lost & found story?

This guy, Ikuo Yokoyama, lost his motorcycle in the tsunami.

And this was his motorcycle after.

It washed up up on a Canadian Island in a styrofoam container. The owner of the bike, Ikuo Yokoyama, was located through the license plate number. Ikuo said he lost three family members, his home, and all his possessions in the tsunami.

Harley Davidson has offered to restore the motorcycle and send it back to Japan.

"I'm very thankful that it came back," Yokoyama told public broadcaster NHK. "I would like to thank the man who found my bike in person, but because it's hard to do that, I'd like to thank him here right now."
