Khloe Kardashian was in a snotty mood on Friday night,” begins a piece in the New York Daily News, which reports that when she and husband Lamar Odom were at philanthropist Nancy Davis’ “Glam Rock to Erase MS” benefit in L.A., she “refused to pose for photos with fans and gave reality TV rival Francesca Eastwood (of E!’s ‘Mrs. Eastwood & Company’) the cold shoulder when the two were introduced.”

“That’s not the worst of it,” says the tab, which claims that “after agreeing to introduce Stevie Wonder, who performed for the crowd, Kardashian skipped out early,” leaving Noelle Scaggs of the band Fitz and the Tantrums to do the honors.

Other than the spelling of Kardashian and Odom’s names, not much else of the Daily News‘s piece is accurate.

The paper said they “refused to pose for photos with fans,” but a Gossip Cop pal on the scene tells us they hung out with their fans “for almost an hour.”

Also, contrary to giving Eastwood “the cold shoulder,” Kardashian “hugged” the new E! reality star, and the two talked a bit about the same TV crew that they both share.

And while it’s true that Kardashian did not stay to introduce Stevie Wonder, that’s because the event was running way late, which the event’s organizers repeatedly apologized to her for.

In fact, those involved with the benefit told Kardashian they were “so sorry,” and she could absolutely leave because the Wonder introduction wouldn’t be until around midnight — and she had been up since 5 a.m. filming, and needed to be up again at 5 a.m.

Our event insider reiterates that the Daily News’s account is “not true at all.”
