Awkward. So so so so awkward.
Martin Short was on "Today" this morning when Kathie Lee began questioning him about his relationship with his wife. She asked about the strength of their relationship and even joked about why they would still be together. The problem is Martin's wife — Nancy Dolman — died almost two years ago from ovarian cancer. It made for an incredibly uncomfortable moment for not only Martin, but everyone watching.
After the interview it was brought to Kathie Lee's attention that she [Nancy] had passed, and she issued this apology:
