Sharon Osbourne discussed her volatile relationship with Simon Cowell on “The Talk” on Tuesday, and offered a pretty interesting opinion on why she thinks “The X Factor” creator behaves the way he does.
“I think he is a victim of small penis syndrome,” stated Osbourne, sparking a loud round of cheers from the female audience members.

The “America’s Got Talent” judge explained, “He’s wealthy, he’s powerful, he’s creative — he’s got everything,” then paused for dramatic effect and pointed at her nether regions, adding, “But you can’t buy the goods!”
