"Prosti-Tot" Paisley took Toddlers & Tiaras by storm last fall and now the 3-year-old pageant diva is again making waves, this time by paying homage to none other than Lady Gaga.
On Wednesday's all-new episode of the TLC reality hit, young Paisley -- who caused a stir when she donned a costume based on Julia Roberts' prostitute character in Pretty Woman -- decides to go the Gaga route.

As this exclusive preview clip shows, Paisley's mom, Wendy Dickey, couldn't be happier about her little girl's newest look.
"[I'm] ecstatic about the outfit," Dickey says of Paisley's ensemble that features leather boots, fishnet stalkings and lots of leopard print.

"It does have some sheer in the midriff, but hopefully people will not be calling her 'Prosti-Tot' again," continues Dickey.
