Britney Spears has settled a lawsuit filed by Fernando Flores, the former bodyguard who claimed she sexually harassed him and abused her children.
Spears settled the lawsuit before a private mediator, says TMZ.
It’s not known whether she paid Flores any money, as the terms of the settlement are confidential.
Flores, who only worked for Spears for a very short time, sued the pop singer in 2010, alleging she “engaged in numerous sex acts” in front of him, as well as other bizarre claims.
His child abuse allegations were found to be completely baseless by the Department of Children and Family services back in 2010.
Gossip Cop has reached out to a rep for Spears to confirm the settlement.
