Well, that didn’t take long.
MediaTakeOut has posted a “WORLD EXCLUSIVE” claiming that Kim Kardashian is set to go on a date with Jeremy Lin, the NBA point guard who’s gone from unknown to sports world sensation in just two weeks.
The facts-challenged webloid alleges that Kardashian’s publicist has “arranged for her to go on a ‘date’” with the New York Knicks star.
“She thinks [Jeremy] is cute, and she’s good friends with [Jeremy's teammate Carmelo Anthony’s wife] Lala,” explains a so-called “pal,” adding, “It’s going to be a double date.”
Uh-huh.
Apparently, because of Kardashian’s past relationships with athletes Reggie Bush and Kris Humphries, outlets feel compelled to link her to every “next big thing” in sports, including Tim Tebow last month and now Lin.
The MTO story is totally false.
It’s “100% not true,” says Kardashian’s rep, the same person the site alleges is setting up her and Lin.
Once again, MediaTakeOut fouls out.
