In the market for a morbid ride? At this weekend’s Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction in Scottsdale, the 1964 Cadillac Hearse that transported the body of President John F. Kennedy is up for grabs.
Just hours after his assassination, the hearse carried President Kennedy three miles from Parkland Memorial Hospital to Dallas Love Field and Air Force One on November 22, 1963. It's reportedly in mint condition with 47,818 miles on its engine.

Its owner, who remains anonymous, most recently posted a $1 million asking price on eBay; the highest bidder came $100,000 short. "There is nothing positive associated with this car," said the Professional Car Society's Robert Shepard. "It's a negative to begin with, and it's a hearse, even if its place in history is well-documented."
