Gabriel Aubry, the father of Halle Berry’s daughter, is under investigation for child endangerment and battery after an alleged confrontation with his nanny, Gossip Cop has confirmed.
In a police report, the nanny claims that she went to Aubry’s residence last week to find out why he had kept 3-year-old Nahla at home instead of taking her to school.
Aubry allegedly got angry and cursed at the nanny, pushing her into a door as she held Nahla.

Police are now investigating him for misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery.
Child protective services are also investigating Aubry.
Berry herself is not involved at all in the situation.

The couple split in 2010.
TMZ was the first outlet to obtain the nanny’s police report.
